Long Distance Limits
To protect yourself from unauthorized or excessive spending on Long Distance and International calls, you can set-up total monthly spending limit on your long distance calls from the 4 different limit options. By default, this limit is set-up at $100 per month. To increase this limit, small security deposit may be required in some cases. To change your limit, please call our office at 519.250.5031 or 611 from your VoIP phone.
Smartphone/Tablet App
Make and receive calls on your computer - simply download our free app on your iPhone, Android or Blackberry smartphone or tablet. Your phone calls can ring both at your main location (home/office) and your computer even if they are not in the same location. IMPORTANT: If you are not connected to a free WiFi connection, you will be using your cellular phone data plan to make and receive these calls. Check your data plan before using this app.
Remote Exchange Number
For $9.95 per month + tax, you can add additional phone numbers from many exchanges across Canada and the US. For example, you could have a Windsor line with additional Detroit telephone number. This will allow anyone from the remote exchange to call you free of charge. However, depending on your VoIP plan, you may be charged long distance fee for any calls originating outside of your main number exchange as well as outgoing calls outside of your exchange.
For help with any of the features listed here, please call our support at 519.250.5031 or 611 from your VoIP line.
